Policy Notification

We appreciate that you've chosen us for your massage and bodywork needs. To provide the best possible service to our guests we have implemented the following policies.

Appointment & Reservation

We strongly recommend that you schedule appointments prior to your arrival at the Spa. Walk-ins are welcome and accommodated based on availability. We require credit card information to secure your treatment. Feel free to contact us if you need any consultation, we will help you plan the perfect experience based on your specific needs.

Cancellation Policy

We respectfully ask that cancellations or changes to appointments be made at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellation Fee 25% of the appointment value will be applied to your credit card for failure to follow this policy. No-Show Fee same as Cancellation Fee.

Arrival

We suggest that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow time to fill out required paperwork as well as answer any intake questions your therapist may have.

Late Show

Out of respect for all our guests, late arrivals will only receive the remaining available appointment time and will be charged the full service fee.

Confidentiality

Your massage session and health information is confidential. We will not release this information unless we are legally subpoenaed.

Spa Environment

In consideration of our guest, we ask that you turn your phone on silent mode and keep a subdued voice at the spa.

Payment Policy

We require credit card information to secure your treatment. Full payment is due at the end of service. We accept all major credit cards, cash and ETALON DAY SPA gift cards as a method of payments.

Packages & Gift Cards

Packages and Gift cards may be purchased online, at the front desk or by phone and not redeemable for cash.

Inappropriate Behavior Policy

Massage therapy is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. There is absolutely no sexual component to massage whatsoever. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request will result in immediate termination of your session and refusal of any and all services in future. You will be charged the full service fee regardless of the length of your session. Depending on the behavior exhibited we may also file a report with the local authorities if necessary.
